Families Over Billionaires LTE Workshop 📰

Date: Thursday, July 17th, 2025
Time: 7 – 8pm
Location: Online

No matter where we come from or how we pray, we all want the same basic building blocks for a good life: affordable childcare, strong public schools, stable housing, accessible healthcare, and food security for our families. But on both the national and state levels, we’ve watched as certain politicians fight to slash programs our communities rely on, all to benefit billionaires and greedy corporations.

Join our upcoming workshop to learn how to write a powerful Letter to the Editor (LTE) urging Minnesota lawmakers to reject cuts to our social safety net, stand up to corporate greed, and fund our collective future. You’ll have time in a supportive environment to write your own LTE and get tips on how to submit to your local newspaper!
